Our safeguarding policies are designed to protect everyone involved in our programmes, including learners, staff and external partners.

• Respect and Dignity: we promote a culture of respect and dignity, where everyone is treated fairly and without discrimination.
• Clear Reporting Procedures: established procedures for reporting any concerns or incidents related to safeguarding.
• Continuous Training: our staff undergo regular safeguarding training to stay updated on best practices and legal requirements.
• Support Services: access to support services for anyone affected by safeguarding issues.
