At Stanfords, we don’t just teach, we train. And we’re proud of the high-quality training our
apprentices receive. All our apprenticeships are delivered by our team of in-house trainers
who are experts in their field with years of industry experience.

Event and Traditions

Whether you have just left school or college, or are looking to upskill in your current career, our range of  apprenticeships give you all the vital industry experience you need to succeed in your chosen field of expertise.

Apprenticeships are the perfect way to further develop your knowledge and professional skills without compromising your career or personal commitments. Train around your existing role, supported by one-to-one support and mentoring.

  • Learn at a time and place that suits you.
  • Share knowledge and experience with peers in similar roles.
  • Blend your remote and classroom learning to suit you.
  • Progress your career without counting the cost.

Completed School / College

If you have just completed school or college, and you are looking to get on an Apprentice course, you can look into our range of Apprenticeship courses. Get in touch with us today to talk to someone and we will provide you will all the necessary information you require.

Already in Work & Looking to Upskill?

If you are already in work and you are looking to upskill, you can look into two areas, WorkSkills, and Apprenticeship. If you are looking for just basic work skills, you can look into our Adult Education Budget scheme. It is design to give candidates basic work skills to get started in any modern Job Role.

Mentoring

Additional Support

As well as providing ‘on-the-job’ training for your apprentice, we will provide additional support to ensure your success in the apprentice program.

Assigning a workplace mentor/coach is a powerful tool which can ensure you settle into the role quickly and thrive in the workplace. A mentor/coach is separate to a line manager and is someone who provides a support system for you. They can help you resolve issues quickly when they don’t feel comfortable talking to their line manager.

EPA

At the end, you will have to complete an End Point Assessment. Prior to this time, we will make sure we support you all the way, provide all necessary revisions and preparations to get you better prepared for the EPA.
